Empire City Con Ticket Policies
1) No refunds*. Transfers will only become available in the event we sell out, minus a processing fee – see our Transfer Policy page for more information. Empire City Con is not responsible for facilitating transfer of monies for tickets, and will change the relevant information after receiving a request from the original purchaser and the $20 processing fee.
*Refunds will only be given in case of emergency (hospitalization, death in the family within 30 days of the convention, etc.) or Military Deployment and will require proof. Even so, due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Should you cancel your stay for an emergency, we will issue a refund less a $10.00 processing fee.
2) If you purchase a 3-day ticket and do not book a room on our venue’s property, Empire City Con reserves the right to restrict your access to the venue and to certain Empire City Con activities/events.
3) Please note that Empire City Con has specific age policies. If the person cannot verify their age and has no parent/guardian present, they will be asked to leave the convention without a refund.
