General hours for the convention are 10am – 10pm on Friday & Saturday and 10am – 2pm on Sunday. Please check the schedule at empirecitycon.com/schedule for full details.
- THURSDAY, November 11: 5pm – 9pm
- FRIDAY, November 12: 9am – 6pm
- SATURDAY, November 13: 9am – 2pm
Please have your proof of vaccine or negative PCR test, photo ID, and ticket confirmation available when you check in at the registration desk. Confirmations were sent from firstname.lastname@example.org as PDF attachments. You can print the QR code PDF or bring it up on a mobile device. If you need a copy of your ticket re-sent to you, please email us at your earliest convenience at email@example.com.
Friday day pass holders are eligible for Thursday early registration & programming. Saturday day pass holders are welcome to return for Sunday programming.
If you purchased a pass at the 3-day PLUS level and above, you can pick up your swag at any point during registration hours. After 2pm on Saturday, we can no longer guarantee we will have the merchandise available for pick-up.
Diamond and Crystal Gem pass holders will receive a special sponsor badge and lanyard at registration which will allow you reserved, priority seating in all Ballroom panels.
If you require accessible seating or other accommodations, let our staff know at the con and we will take care of it.
Parking at the venue is free and self-service. An airport shuttle is available every hour on the hour.
