General hours for the convention are 10am – 10pm on Friday & Saturday and 10am – 2pm on Sunday. Please check the schedule at empirecitycon.com/schedule for full details.

THURSDAY, October 31: 6pm – 9pm
FRIDAY, November 1: 9am – 6pm
SATURDAY, November 2: 9am – 4pm
Please have your photo ID & ticket confirmation ready when you check in at the registration desk. Confirmations were sent from no-reply@mail.grenadine.co as PDF attachments. You can print the QR code PDF or bring it up on a mobile device.
If you registered with Eventbrite, you can do the same thing through their app.
If you need a copy of your ticket re-sent to you, please email us at your earliest convenience at empirecitycon@gmail.com.
Friday day passes are eligible for Thursday early registration & programming. Saturday day passes are welcome to return for Sunday hours.
If you purchased a pass at the 3-day PLUS level and above or pre-ordered a t-shirt, you can pick up your swag at any point during registration hours. After 4pm on Saturday, remaining merchandise will be released for public purchase.
Diamond and Crystal Gem pass holders will receive a sponsor badge at registration which will allow you guaranteed, priority seating in all Salon A panels. Please be in line at least 5 minutes beforehand to take advantage of this perk.
If you require accessible seating or other accommodations, let our staff know at the con and we will take care of it.
Parking at the venue is free and self-service. An airport shuttle is available every hour on the hour.
We have an app available at bit.ly/ecc19app (must be on mobile to download). The convention code is ECC.
